Be guided in the art of creating your own commentaries to enrich your meditation experience. Enjoy moments of deep silence. In the silence there arises insight... and Insight is the Opening of the Third Eye. Understanding Communication
Communication is both a cause of conflict and the prime tool for addressing and managing it. Communication does not just happen, it requires skilful listening, time and energy. It is truly a difficult task to juggle emotions and to communicate well, while trying to manage or resolve a conflict. This retreat will help us understand the blocks to effective communication and to emerge our innate skills to remove those blocks.
Facilitator: Kumar has been practising meditation for more than 20 years. His career path has taken him from engineering, IT, teaching, working in factories and call centres. He has now fully graduated as a counsellor.

Discover some practical steps one can take toward this state of being.
