Tucked away on the southern coastline of Victoria, Australia, is a unique oasis. The Brahma Kumaris Centre for Spiritual Learning found its home in July 1996 on 9 hectares of natural bushland on the Mornington Peninsula, one hour from the heart of Melbourne.

Each weekend the Brahma Kumaris offer a retreat for
a particular group in the community: young people, women, educators, health professionals,
business people, artists and many others. It has been described by one participant as
'a health retreat for the mind and
soul'. The programs are designed to
cater to personal needs engendered by the hectic lifestyle of the 00s.

On the third Sunday in every month 6.30pm to 7.30pm.
Across the world the Brahma Kumaris organise a World Meditation Hour to send vibrations of peace and hope to troubled areas.

This program will continue the journey within to improve the quality of my thoughts. There will be practical sessions, including vegetarianism, the unlimited spiritual history and geography of the world and how to deepen my relationship with the pure source of energy, the Supreme Soul.

Continuing the series of programs for women to empower and uplift the creative self. Deep within the heart and soul of every woman lies a sacred space of power. When you are able to be in touch with this sacred space, you unleash your innermost power to create and make the impossible possible.
Facilitator: Jill Shanti is an experienced community worker, specializing in creating and facilitating programs to empower women. She is a meditator and teacher of Raja Yoga for the past ten years.

Then this retreat is an opportunity for you to take time to study, for silence, for reflection and to reconnect with your higher self and with the Supreme Soul. Also there will be the opportunity to speak personally with the facilitators, Dr Nirmala, Director Brahma Kumaris Raja Yoga Centres, Asia Pacific region and Charlie Hogg, Director Brahma Kumaris Raja Yoga Centres, Australia to take benefit from their wisdom and understanding.'

Vegetarian meals will be provided and participants are asked to abstain from smoking, alcohol
and drugs (except prescribed) for the duration of the retreat.
The Brahma Kumaris offer tuition without charge. However there are expenses in running the
Retreat Centre and providing facilities for programs. Your voluntary contribution to these
costs is appreciated.
For Weekend Programs you are welcome to arrive after 5.30pm Friday (dinner at 7.30pm)
and depart after lunch on Sunday.
