• structured sessions, classes and panel discussions on topics such as: enhancing your lifestyle to support spirituality; vegetarianism, why and how; retaining spirituality in complex lives; stress-free living; the philosophy and teachings of the Brahma Kumaris

Last time I went away thinking ‘Oh will I be able to hang onto this... oh my gosh, I don’t know whether I’ll be able to... people will think I’m weird and what will I do when they think I’m weird?’ and work and this that and the other thing – I can’t wait to get back this time.
